"I just discovered your store and I would just like to extend a hearty 'thank you' for your products and your exceptionally knowledgeable staff.   We needed a 1st Holy Communion gift and your staff helped me so much with choosing the right items!"

A great time was had by all who attended the first session of the St. Pius X CATHOLIC BOOK CLUB
on May 13th!  Almost every one there immediately registered for the next one.  Here are the details:

Next Session:  Tuesday, June 17th, in the O’Neill Room 6:30 PM:          Pizza & Social

7:15 PM:          Prayer & Welcome

7:30 PM:          Discussion of Questions & Answers by Pope Benedict XVI

8:25 PM:          Distribution of New Books for August Meeting, Closing Prayer.

No meeting in July (have a nice vacation, everyone)!   In August, we are going to try a “round robin discussion” of the three books listed below.  Pick the
one that’s right for you.  At the August session, listen to the discussion of the other 2 books as well
as yours, ask questions about them, and perhaps purchase one (or both) of them later, for your
own future spiritual reading.  OR, order 2 (or all 3) books and really be ready to go on June 17th!
Easy on the brainpower, easy on the wallet (each book is $5 apiece), refreshing for the soul,
all three are a perfect “summer” spiritual read.

New Members: Plan on attending June 17th, even without reading our first book, Questions & Answers.  We will always give summaries of the books read before discussing them.  You can enter the Q & A discussion by asking questions.  Who knows, you may be interested enough to get the book and read it on your own!
